FISA Section 702

Suggested by James O'Keefe of the Massachusetts Pirate Party

[ https://www.reuters.com/world/us/us-house-speaker-again-pulls-hotly-debated-domestic-surveillance-bill-2024-02-14/ Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) is set to expire in April]. It allows warrantless surveillance.

There are efforts to reform it with support from both Republicans and Democrats. Members of both parties support reauthorization and the Biden administration has asked for a one year extension.

Should we take a position and what should it be? Let it expire or embrace reform?
