The October 15th, 2023 PNC Meeting was one of the weekly meetings of the Pirate National Committee (PNC). This meeting was originally planned to take place on Jitsi and be livestreamed to YouTube, but was moved to a simultaneous Discord voice chat and IRC due to technical difficulties with Jitsi
