What We Need
- Slideshow presentations that cover topics such as:
- Difference between symmetric key and asymmetric key (public key) encryption
- Basic politics and history regarding cryptography in the United States
- Addressing the "I Have Nothing to Hide" argument
- Key trust and authenticity
- How to use the actual cryptography tools.
- Flyers for announcing cryptoparties
- Should be easily editable, and in an open format
- Should have proper graphic design, to pull curiosity to the flyer
- Should have a factoid or simple infographic.
- Facts
- Information on PRISM, or government surveillance and data collection programs
- This is a very recent issue, and most relevant topic; therefore, it should be focused more strongly on right now, for fact aggregation.
- Facts should be cited to their appropriate source, rather than a news article that merely summarizes information, without the source.
